Return Process

  Ensure your hockey gear is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all tags and valid proof of purchase.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label before dropping the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the equipment at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
